One of my favourite products! Couscous is versatile, absorbs sauces and flavours well, and is one of the easiest grains to cook!
I lived off couscous when traveling bicycle through central Asia and never tired of it.
TO COOK: one part (cup) boiling water to one part (cup) couscous. cover for 5-7 minutes and add a little butter or oil while fluffing.
