Whole Blue Peas (blue boiling peas) are the same peas used for Split Green Peas but with the skin left on.
Super nutritious, they hold their shape well when cooked and are firm but tasty. They are great for soups, seasoning, casseroles, and salads.
You can also grow them for pea shoots. Just sow thickly on moist compost, cover with more compost and water regularly for a couple of weeks.
