Linseed or flaxseed is loaded with nutrients, fibre, protein and omega-3 fatty acids. They are a great gluten-free addition to baked muffins and cookies, or bread mixes. Linseed can also be sprinkled over cereal, yoghurt, salads, steamed veggies or hotpots for an added nutritional boost.
